- Quand et pourquoi avoir formé Adolf et les Mekreants ?
Jerome: D'abord , y 'avait le groupe "Zone", keupon un max. la moitié du groupe savait pas jouer. Ils ( je
n'y étais pas encore) ont fait un concert à rodez,  à laMJC (oi,oi ) ,puis le groupe a splitté. Le batteur et le guitariste ont reformé un groupe et c'est là  que je suis apparu,  l'homme fort de la situation, le genre modeste. Bref .on s'est retrouvé à 4, mais pourquoi, ça c'est plus difficile, certains c'est parce qu'ils ont envie de gueuler, d'emmerder,  moi c'est parce que mon chien n'est pas du tout mélomane.

- Quelles ont été les différentes formations ?
Y'a la moitié branchée de Rodez , François belmonte ( Blasphème ) guitare , François Poulhës (Poï) chant , Gayraud jérome(c'est moi GG )  basse et pour le batteur.
on a eu le beude (capdenac) , Nonos ( Figeac)  ,et maintenant on a pedro (ça fait 2 semaines).


- Vous avez fait  3 concerts , où ? quand ? comment ?
1er , Gemez, février 85 , bourrés .
2eme , Capdenac ,mars, bourrés .
3eme , Firmi mais on est pas passé , on s'est fait enculer par les organisateurs ... bourrés quand même . .
4eme, festival "pleine lune" à coté de Figeac , mi aout , bourrés , incident avec les organisateurs , on a cassé un micro, on s'est fait couper , mais par peur d'une baston, on a pu continuer .
voilà voilà voilà...

- Rodez, kesse ça donne niveau punk ? D' autres groupes  ?
 ... ? ... Ah si , le seul groupe qui marche c'est les Gold . A Figeac ou dans le coin y'a
les Drakkor, . . .not dead.y zon l'air assez svmpas, mais on les a pas vu...

- Quels sont vos groupes préférés ?
Y'a de tout, moi c'est les CHAOS, le not dead anglais,OTH,Kambrones,panik LTDC ,Meteors. . .,
1e Blaspheme: un peu skin   +  Lucrate Milk, mkb . . .,
le Poï est plus rock: OTH ,Little Bob,...
Pedro est rock : Dogs , Inmates , Jam
 ... mais on écoute surtout Maladie Wargasm .

 
- Vous avez des projets de K7 ou autres ?
K7 , oui , avec le Dékapsuleur de Paris, mais on n'a pas de bon matos... de toute façon,on vise un
triple album en concert au Zenith.

- Aimez-vous la choucroute ? Quelle marque ?
0n adore la choucroute,la William Saurin importée du maroc,celle ou y'a du riz et des moules.

-Mis à  part le groupe quelles sont vos activités ?
Tous sont en faç,sauf moi que ça fait 2 fois que je  redouble (oi,oi) et le Pedro est  à l'usine
(aïe,aïe).

- Que feriez vous si on vous proposait de passer à Champs Elysées ?
0ui,on passerait car le Poï est complètement amoureux de Michel Drucker et
moi je m'enculerais bien le chef d'orchestre.

- Est-ce que le chiffre 15003 signifie kelkchose pour vous ? Quoi ?
15003,c'est bien. Nous on organise des partouzes mais on n'est que 15001,alors si toi et ta meuf
vous voulez descendre a Rodez...

- Vos rêves. vos ambitions, vos déceptions,vos ages .
Nos reves , partouzer avec Douchka et Charles Dumont .
Nos ambitions : essayer de se tripoter le tralalala avec les pieds.
Nos déceptions : on y arrivera pas !
Poï : 20 ans , Pedro : 22 ans , Blaspheme et moi : 19 ans .


-  Alors là,c'est pas compliqué,t'ajoutes ce que tu veux , je m'en fous .
Nous remercions le commissariat de police de Rodez, les organisateurs de festoches, les Beatles et tous les bancs des jardins publics .

- Who are you , where are you come from ...
 Robin Wills. Born in London, travelled a bit and then went around the block a few too many times...

 - How did you come into music ? your first souvenir about that ?
 The first record I remember was The Chubby Checker EP -Let's Twist Again. I must have been 3 or 4 years old. I use to play it constantly when playing with my toys. I still have that same old copy. It has toothpaste spread across the grooves, god knows what I was trying to do. It must have been my parents' copy but I took over ownership at a young age….

- What kind of music did you listen when you were young ?
I had a sister who was 3 years older than me and my parents were quite cool. Although my dad was really into Jazz, The Beatles singles were in the house. My dad liked The Beatles, but didn’t like the Stones. My sister was the Beatle freak, so I had to get into something different. So in 64/65 I got into military music! I loved films, especially war and cowboy films, so I was recreating scenes with my toy soldiers with my own soundtracks

- First record ? first gig ? best gig ? Did you ever play in a band ?
In 1966,  on a shipping trip, my dad gave me some money to buy some music. I was 7 years old and had a feeling that I needed to be “more with it”, so I brought 3 records. The Beach Boys Good Vibrations, The Animals EP on Barclay with Don’t Bring Me Down and an EP by The Association with Along Came Mary which was probably my favourite track of the bunch. I played those records over and over…
HA…my first gig was Gary Glitter in 1972! He left the stage after 2 songs and left The Glitter Band jamming. We got the tickets reimbursed. I found out a couple of years when speaking to John Rossal what happened. Gary for something reason washed his wig with shampoo which damaged the cap, so on stage his wig kept slipping, so he had to make a quick exit!
Probably my favourite gig was seeing The Flamin’ Groovies the first time at Imperial College in London in 1976. They were so loud and perfect. As good as I hoped them to be
I was self-taught and spent hours playing a classical guitar amplified with a mic recoreded through a cassette player for distortion. It was 72/73 when I tried to do overdubs and record stuff. I had attempted to do Bowie’s Starman and failed, so I bought some bongos and tried T. Rex’s Deborah, again I couldn’t do it right. Finally I tried Slow Death and it started to gell.

1975: My first gigs playing was as a singer in a band called Lou Chrysler and The Moustiquaires. The other singer was Leo Zouridis who would later marry my sister. I later produced an album for him the 80s when he was in the Mystics. We probably played 3 or 4 gigs. I then tried to form a band playing guitar but it was hard to find kindred spirits. In 1976 I returned to London as Punk was exploding. Again I tried to get a band together but I wasn’t getting anywhere, in March 1977 I joined The Unwanted. Later that year I would meet Jeremy and the rest is well known (The Barracudas)

- Did you were in a youth cult ? for how long ? How did you come into ?
No cult. I was a Glitter Kid in 72/73. In 1974 I bought my first leather Jacket. I joined in the Punk scene in 1976, but became disillusioned by April/May 1977, so detached myself from the increasingly moronic punks

- Your past hobbies ? your best souvenirs ? does style was important for you ?
God, it’s always been music. I was never into playing sports. I can guess as a kid I was a bit of a history buff and recreated famous battles on papier mache sets with tons of airfix soldiers.
Best souvenir, Hard to say. Traveling round Europe in the early 70s on holidays, buying 60s records and having a portable record player. Playing them at night in the hotel. In fact things haven’t changed that much. I love the same records I loved back then…nothing changes much when you find what you like.Style was not as important in terms of fashion. It was always more a case of looking cool. The photo I have included is from 1972 or 73. In 74 I liked The Lou Reed look, so got a leather jacket. I also wore a US army surplus jacket with the Doctor Feelgood logo on the back…

- What kind of music do you listen now ?
Pretty much what I listened to then. I am on an eternal search to uncover new stuff that fits what I like. It is based on the 45. I love 60s Girl Group, Bonehead Crunchers and Junkshop Glam as well as some Powerpop, Garage Punk and Bubblegum. The hook is king

- Your 5 favorite records ? your favorite song (difficult !!! ) ?
My favourite song VERY EASY. Slow Death by The Flamin’ Groovies. When I heard it 72 it changed my life, where at least set me on a course to make music. I still get intense excitement hearing it now.

Other favourites to be in my top 5. Star Studded Sham (Hello), School days (Stanley Frank), Crazy Kids (Trevor White version) and Shake Some Action (Flamin Groovies again)

DREI OKLOK est originaire de Fumel , comme Les Ablettes . Le groupe participe aux compils Chaos vol1 et Chaos in Europe . Bien que le groupe se qualifie comme étant un groupe de Rock'n Roll tout simplement , Drei Oklok , c'est sans surprises, dans prétention et le fun est présent avant tout .

Où en est le groupe actuellement ?
DREI OKLOK : Actuellement,le groupe se porte pas trop mal après avoir eu une "GROSSE COUILLE".On s'est fait braquer tout le matos ,la veille d'un tremplin que nous avons fait quand même grâce a des copains qui nous ont prêté le leur. Nous avons pas repété depuis deux semaines,pas eu de balance et pourtant tout s'est bien passé,puisque nous avons remporté le tremplin.Ça a été un concert avec une certaine haine,quand des connards te piquent pour 2 battons et demi" de matos quand on sait la galère que c'est pour se le payer...  

Avez vous des projets vinyliques , concerts ...?
Nous avons des projets de vinyl avec un mini L.P en début d'année,pour un label parisien,mais je ne peux rien dire de plus.

 Y a t'il une bonne scène à Fumel ?
 UNE BONNE SCENE A FUMEL????En un mot Fumel C'EST LE ROCKET LE RESTE ON EN A RIEN A FOUTRE.  

Envisagez vous de faire des concerts à l'étranger ?
Jouer à l'étranger,c'est toujours intéressant mais pour le moment, nous attendons des contrats valables.  

Que faites vous en dehors du groupe ?
Les DREI travaillent et ce n'est pas un peché .  

Que pensez vous de la scène rock française ?
La scène française se porte pas trop mal,y a du bon et du moins bon,chacun ses goûts.  

Pourquoi ce nom de Drei Oklok ?
Si on te le demande tu diras que tu n'en sais trop rien,car nous n'en savons rien nous même.Non,nous avons voulu un nom qui accroche bien,c'est pour cela que nous avons mis DREI en allemand et OKLOK,pas comme l'heure en anglais ;beaucoup se plante,n'est -ce pas?  

Etes vous un groupe fun ?
Je n'aime pas trop qualifier notre musique,mais pour les paroles,on peut dire plutôt FUN.  

Le mot de la fin ?
Nous avons une K7 de 5 titres en vente pour 30 FRS .

- Pourquoi avoir fait un groupe (histoire)
Pour le fun. L'histoire du groupe serait trop longue à expliquer, en gros, création en Août 1983 , 1er disque en Mai 84.

- Vos influences ?
Le punk 77

- Que pensez vous des groupes de Rouen, Avez-vous des rapports avec eux ?
La scène rook Rouennaise est assez variée . Nous entretenons de bons rapports avec : Les Vermines
,Les Tweed, Les Flics, Les Sound Affects, Les Skin-Korps. En général on se sert les coudes.

- Que pensez vous du zine "On a faim" ?
On connait pas trop bien .

- Point de vue sur la scène Française ?Beaucoup sont décevants, on aime bien Oberkampf, Vatican, Caméra Silens.

- Que pensez vous du racisme ?Nous sommes racistes envers les CONS,  ni "Touche pas à mon pote" ni LE PEN.

- Aimez vous le  HardCore et leTrash ?"
On aime pas le Hard Core.  Le Thrash ??!! !
(inconnu au bataillon, une nouvelle forme de smurf ?

- Quand vous écoutez un disque , portez vous plus d'attention à la musique ou aux paroles ?
En Anglais on fais plus attention à la musique , à la traduction on est parfois surpris .
En français on écoute les deux.

- Vos projets ?
Plus de concerts et un 2eme 45 T pour la fin 86 .
